In Koh Tao, dive boats leave from Sairee or Mae Haad. Dive centers reach Chumphon Pinnacle in 45 minutes, usually in the morning. They go to Sail Rock in 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours, two or three times a week. Staying in Sairee or Mae Haad puts you close to the boats.
